3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Using the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Ensuring exchange rate data is used for reference only
- Not relying solely on the app for financial decisions
- Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Maintaining the security of your device and app data
4. Privacy and Data Handling

5. Subscription and Billing
Price Translator offers the following plans:
- Free Plan: Basic currency conversion with ads
- Premium Plan: $4.99/month for ad-free experience and advanced features
- Lifetime Plan: One-time purchase for permanent access
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Price Translator to:
- Engage in currency trading or financial speculation
- Circumvent pricing regulations or tax laws
- Reverse engineer or copy the app's functionality
- Use the app for commercial or business purposes without permission
- Distribute false or misleading exchange rate information
7. Limitation of Liability
Price Translator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Exchange rate fluctuations or inaccuracies
- Financial losses from purchasing decisions
- Interruptions in service or data availability
- Errors in price scanning or conversion
- Any damages arising from use of the App
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Price Translator Travelling, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Price Translator at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
